Terms and conditions 

Please read Terms and conditions before book your appointment.


What form of payment do you accept?

The only form of payment accepted is a bank deposit, credit card (charged 1.9%) or cash.


What is the process to book?

Please use the CONTACT page to send an enquiry for your event. For weddings, please provide a date, number of individuals in your bridal party, and the location of your wedding.


A non-refundable 50% deposit fee will be required upon the day of booking to successfully secure your spot - keep in mind that your booking is still open for someone else if payment isn’t paid instantly. After a receipt has been sent, your booking will then be secured. The rest of your payment will need to be sent on the week of your appointment.


Booking fee: $120 (non refundable) - covers the cost of makeup trial.

50% due within 1 week after trial.

Remaining 50% due on week of wedding date.

Can I reduce the number of bridesmaids in my bridal party?


No reduction in the number of makeup applications are allowed after the deposit has been paid. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible.


What if I need to postpone my wedding?


In the event that you need to postpone your wedding, your deposit will be transferred to your new date. However if you choose a date I am not available your deposit will be forfeited.


Do you offer touch ups for weddings?


Touch ups services is charge with extra cost.


Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?


No, you do not. You may, however, bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the session.


How long do your applications take?


Depending on the look chosen, a look can take anywhere between 1 hour to 1 hour and a half.

Plan your schedule accordingly, so you can get to your event on-time.


Can I add another person on the day to get their makeup done?


You may add another person at least 48 hours prior, however, if the artists schedule is booked out, the request will unfortunately be denied.


What if I am late to my appointment?

If you are more than 15 minutes late and I have back-to-back bookings on the day of your appointment, I will try my hardest to make you look fabulous with the time I have. Being late to your booking affects the artists / clients schedule and sometimes is impossible to try fit you in. No refunds or reduction will be given, so try and be on-time.

What if I am early to my appointment?


If you have arrived 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment, you will need to wait in the mode of transport you arrived in until your booking commences.



Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [72 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, your deposit will not be reimbursed and will be credited towards a future booking. This includes appointments where I am unable to access the property, is turned away, late or the client is unavailable and/or no shows.

Travel fees vary from location-to-location and will be negotiated prior to booking.

The client is responsible in the event that any hotel and street parking expenses are incurred as a result of the location of the booking.




Michel Haag requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Michel have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.




Michel Haag creative reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of his make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
